Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@globalplasticaestheticconferences.com
Cancellation Policy
If we cancels this event for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. You may apply this credit to another upcoming event that takes place within one year from the date of cancellation.
Postponement
If we has to reschedule an event for any reason, and you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for the full registration fee. You may apply this credit against another upcoming event that must take place within one year of the date of rescheduling.
Transfer of registration
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event, all fully paid registrations are transferrable to other members of the same organization. Transfers must be done in writing to finance@globalplasticaestheticconferences.com by the registered person. The full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address must all be included. Unless otherwise indicated, all additional registration details will be allocated to the new person. If a person is unable to attend one of the conferences, their registration can be moved to another conference of Ainex Conferences. However, if notified within 14 days of the specific conference, registration cannot be transferred. Refunds will not be granted for transferred registrations.
Visa Information
Considering the increased security measures, we would like to encourage all participants to apply for Visas as soon as possible. Ainex will not contact embassies and consulates on visa applicants' behalf. All delegates and invitees must apply for a Business Visa. Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues, including the inability to secure a visa, are not covered by Ainex' cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply: Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs:
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Hotels have their own cancellation policies, which normally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Prior to cancelling or changing your booking, Ainex will inform you of your accommodation provider's cancellation policy to ensure you are fully informed of any non-refundable deposits.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the Conference concludes.
