Professor Alaa Gheita is an Emeritus Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. He serves as the Honorary President of the Egypt Academy of Aesthetic Surgery and is the Past President of the Egyptian Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received the Egypt National Award of Medical Science in 1987 and served as an Executive Board Member of IPRAS (1995–2003). Professor Gheita co-founded the African Section of IPRAS in 1996 and previously held the position of National Secretary of Egypt in ISAPS. He is an Honorary Member of several distinguished societies, including the French Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the South African Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Emirates Medical Association.
Prof. Sameer Ali Bafaqeeh is a leading academic and facial plastic surgeon. He serves as Chairman of the Facial Plastics Division at King Saud University and is Vice President of PAAFPRS. A clinical fellow from Oregon Health Sciences University (USA) and trained in Germany, he has authored numerous scientific papers and book chapters in facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Pataki received his medical degree from the Semmelweis University, Budapest. He completed his general surgery training and plastic surgery residency in Hungary and in Germany (Bottrop and Schleiden). He is board certified in both specializations. Dr. Pataki has worked at the St. Stevens’s and St. John’s Hospitals and the Plastic and Aesthetic Departments at the Military Hospital in Budapest as well as at other Private Clinics. Dr. Pataki has completed scholarships in plastic and reconstructive surgery in Brazil, Holland and the USA, and his international experiences include Germany, Ireland and Australia. Career and Associations: Dr. Pataki is member of over 10 medical Associations and Societies, including, the Hungarian and the German Societies for Plastic-, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, the Hungarian Society for Hand Surgery, the German Society for Surgery and Minimal Invasive Surgery and the International Society of Plastic-, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. In 2009 Dr. Pataki was founding member of the European Plastic Surgery Research Council. From 2001 -2003 he was also president of the Hungarian Residents Association. He was Member of Board of the Ethical Committee of the Hungarian Medical Association and is Board Member of the Semmelweis Alumni Association. With Dr. Pataki’s over 20 years of professional experience, he has published in international scientific journals and given presentations in many countries and world congresses. He tutored and taught English and German speaking residents and medical students at the Semmelweis University. Beauty Contests: Dr. Pataki had been the President of the Jury of many domestic and international Beauty Contest, like in 2011 at the finals in Hungary for the Miss Bikini International, Miss International and Miss Hungary Beauty Pageants. Charity missions and volunteering: Dr. Pataki founded two Charity Services in the recent years, one in Bangladesh, where he spends annually some weeks. At the Free Plastic Surgery Camps in Dhaka, Bangladesh since 2010, led by Dr. Pataki, the Hungarian Team has operated on more than 400 cases, mostly children and women suffering from congenital malformations and burn scars. Dr. Pataki visits least developed countries 1-2 times a year in the frame of his missions. Dr. Pataki’s Action for Defenceless People Foundation has been active since 2002 in Hungary. Pediatric Plastic Surgery: Dr. Pataki is also leading the Pediatric Plastic Surgery Division at the Pediatric Surgery and Trauma Surgery Department of the St. John’s Hospital, Budapest; his main duties are surgeries on congenital malformations in children and consultations for other departments of the hospital. Personal dedication: Along with his career in Plastic-, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Pataki does philanthropic surgical work on children with birth defects and on others suffering from trauma or cancer – something that gives him tremendous personal satisfaction. She is known for having performed dermatological services and cosmetic procedures in Kuwait since 1997 and in the gulf area since 2010. Dr. Sahar Ghannam is also an Associate Professor of Dermatology & Venereology Alexandria University, Egypt. Dr Ghannam is the Past President of the International Society of Dermatologic surgery and aesthetic medicine (ISDS) & Past President of the International Peeling Society (IPS). Dr. Ghannam is the secretary general of the Bio intelligent Agents & Exosomes (Biex) task force and on the Board of London Regenerative Institute . Dr Ghannam is the Vice President of the Arab Peeling Society . She is on the International Advisory Board of the 5CC meeting , On the organizing committee of Sharm Derma Meeting & ICCE meeting Cairo . On the Scientific committee of the IMCAS Academy. She is an active member in many International Societies as AAD since 1987, EADV, ISD, ASDS, ESLD, DASIL, IACD and Honoree member of the Romanian Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Argentinian Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She is a reviewer for many International Journals and had published more than ten publications and written books chapters in four books. A speaker in many International meetings such as Darmstadt Dermatological Surgery, ISDS, IMCAS, Coplasty, 5CC , DASIL , Sharm derm and Dubai Derm meetings. Dr Ghannam is a KOL and trainer for many companies and Global trainer for Merz.
