Welcome Message
Dear Colleagues and Distinguished Guests,

It is a privilege to welcome you to PARCS 2027 — São Paulo Edition, taking place on April 23–24, 2027, in São Paulo, Brazil.

Scientific congresses have a responsibility to move beyond established routines by encouraging critical discussion, practical innovation and responsible clinical progress. PARCS 2027 offers an international platform where physicians, researchers and innovators can exchange knowledge across plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, reconstructive surgery and regenerative medicine.

My scientific interests combine medicine, technology and the analysis of modern clinical workflows. They include advanced myomodulation, isovolumetric facial and body reshaping, metabolic peeling strategies, the prevention and management of complications, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into medical practice.

Myomodulation provides a functional and three-dimensional approach to aesthetic treatment. By considering muscular balance, projection and movement, it opens new perspectives for non-surgical facial and body reshaping without relying exclusively on volume augmentation.

Artificial intelligence is also transforming how medical practices organize information, communication and clinical processes. Properly selected AI agents can support administrative workflows, professional education and patient communication while preserving medical judgment, confidentiality and essential human supervision.

The scientific ambition of PARCS 2027 should be to bring together complementary disciplines, encourage independent scientific debate and provide physicians with knowledge that can be responsibly translated into clinical practice.

I look forward to contributing to the scientific program and welcoming colleagues from around the world to São Paulo.

Warm regards,
Dr Alain Tenenbaum, MD, PhD, DSc
